Hi Tanya!
I’m loving your blog, and I actually have it saved as one of my favorites on my computer…. hope that’s not creepy. It’s been great to see where you are going and what your are doing, it definitely motivates me to keep working hard with dietetics with school and outside of school. I’m excited to continue learning all of the things you have and are continuing to! Thanks for all the great information!
Michelle
Thanks Michelle! You are in good hands at UW! I know Enette can be super busy and all over the place, but go bug her when the fall semester starts and have her bring you to SCAN in Baltimore next spring!
Hey TMH, u should check out this bolg, i think u will enjoy it, one of the girls that ran at my highschool , distance runner who went on a became a very good college runner has her own blog thing about running. http://gettingtomile12.blogspot.com
One of my friends referred your site to me as a great resource for information on exercise and nutrition. I found your site to have a variety of topics that are exercise and nutrition related. The articles were very interesting and informative; especially the information about Crossfit. While browsing your site I noticed that you allow guest posts. Can you please tell me what your criteria are on guest posting? I have an idea for a post that relates to exercise, and I think it would be of interest to you and your readers.
Thank you for your interest. I accept guest posts on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me at tanya@dinedashdeadlift.com and we can communicate about the possibility.
Hello! I'm Tanya. I am a Registered Dietitian and I am also currently a PhD student studying nutrition and exercise science. I believe living a healthy life includes: good food, physical activity, and the great outdoors!
